Return Policy

Products can be refunded or exchanged if item is returned within 30 days of receipt in unused or as-new condition unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Products that have been assembled/used/installed will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

There are items that can't be returned, such as:

  • Personalized Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Bed Swings
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Custom orders
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items that are Final Sales
  • Items that are on Clearance
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
  • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
  • Assembly services included with delivery

All returns will incur a 20% restocking ffee if returned for any reason other than arriving damage in which you would notate this on proof of delivery before signing with carrier. Refer to the Damages section of Shipping Policy.

No Returns on Bed Swings

Bed Swings are made to order products; therefore they are not eligible for a return or exchange. However, you have up to three days after placing the order to cancel for a full refund. Otherwise, SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns on Hanging Chairs, Pet Beds, Patio Collection and Accessories

Items are eligible for return in as-new condition. However, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee.  

Returns on Zome Loungers

Zome Loungers are eligible for return in as-new condition. However, you are responsible for 20% restocking fee.  

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange if damages were notated on signed proof of delivery with courier. Please see Shipping Policy.

To start your return process, contact us at sales@adoremoderndecor.com or 954-546-0697. We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging, if that's not possible please notify us for further instruction. We will only accept products that are in unused or as-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

The returned item will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we've determined it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund.

Adore Modern Decor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Cancellations

Any order that gets cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order is subject to a 10% administration fee.

If the order has already left the warehouse, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee.
