Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has authorized your credit card.
Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via the email you provided at the time of your purchase. In-stock furniture typically delivers in less than two weeks of ordering, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the shipping section of the product's page.
Leading up to the delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a window of time that you can expect your order. Upon arrival, our delivery partners will deliver your package in accordance with your selected shipping option.
Please thoroughly inspect your item(s) after they arrive and most importantly before signing the proof of delivery. If you see any damage please notate this on the proof of delivery and send photos to email@example.com.
Breakdown of the Shipping Costs
For all international shipments, inclusive of Hawaii, Alaska or any US regime lying outside of the Contiguous U.S., a shipping quote will be emailed within 1 to 2 business days, post order placement. This also accounts for shipments made through boat or a ferry. Remember, the processing of your order will not be finalized until you accept and pay for the shipping quote.
Shipping costs associated with return orders marked as undeliverable or refused by customers by the shipping courier, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
