Shipping Policy

We value your business, therefore your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable shipping and delivery services for all of our products. 

Any upgraded or premium shipping (pas the threshold, any room of your choice or white glove delivery) will be done so at an additional fee.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has authorized your credit card. 

Shipment process

Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at

In-stock furniture typically delivers in less than two weeks of ordering, unless otherwise stated.

Leading up to the delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a window of time that you can expect your order.  Upon arrival, our delivery partners will arrange your package in accordance with your selected shipping option. 


Bed Swings

Bed Swings are custom made to order, therefore, it may take 3-5 weeks for delivery after order is processed. 

Bios Hanging Chair Collection

Bios Hanging Chairs and accessories may take approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery after order has been processed.

Breakdown of the shipping costs

For all international shipments, inclusive of Hawaii, Alaska or any US regime lying outside the Contiguous U.S., a shipping quote will be emailed within 1 to 2 business days, post order-placement. This also accounts for shipments made through boat or a ferry. Remember, the processing of your order will not be finalized until you accept and pay for the shipping quote.

Shipping costs associated with return orders marked as “undeliverable” by the shipping courier, are to be compensated by the customer for both ways.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. Make sure that all boxes are in good condition, if there's any damage to the box please open the box prior to signing and if you see any damage please notate this on the receipt and send photos to and we will process insurance claim.

If there's no damage to the box you have 48 hours to fully inspect the item. After 48 hours there are no damage exchanges available.
