Products can be refunded or exchanged if item is returned within 45 days of receipt in as-new condition. We will exchange products up to 60 days after receipt only if returned unused and undamaged with proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products that have been assembled/used/installed will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
There are items that can't be returned, such as:
Items you have already assembled
Items that are made to order
Items marked as non-returnable
Items that are Final Sales
Items that are on Clearance
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
Assembly services included with delivery
All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Returns on Bed Swings
Bed Swings are made to order products; therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange. However, you have up to three days after placing the order to cancel for a full refund. Otherwise, sales are FINAL.
Returns on Bios Hanging Chairs, Pet Beds, Patio Collection and Accessories
Bios Collection are eligible for return in as-new condition. However, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Return on Zome Loungers
Zome Lounger are eligible for return in as-new condition. However, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we will with you to find the best solution.

To start your return process, get in touch with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will set you up with everything you need for the return. We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging. We are only able to accept products that are in as-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
The returned item will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we've determined it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund.
Adore Modern Decor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has authorized your credit card.
Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com.
In-stock furniture typically delivers in less than two weeks of ordering, unless otherwise stated.
Leading up to the delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a window of time that you can expect your order. Upon arrival, our delivery partners will arrange your package in accordance with your selected shipping option.
Bed Swings are custom made to order, therefore, it may take 3-5 weeks for delivery after order is processed.
Bios Hanging Chair Collection
Bios Hanging Chairs and accessories may take approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery after order has been processed.
Breakdown of the shipping costs
For all international shipments, inclusive of Hawaii, Alaska or any US regime lying outside the Contiguous U.S., a shipping quote will be emailed within 1 to 2 business days, post order-placement. This also accounts for shipments made through boat or a ferry. Remember, the processing of your order will not be finalized until you accept and pay for the shipping quote.
Shipping costs associated with return orders marked as “undeliverable” by the shipping courier, are to be compensated by the customer for both ways.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. Make sure that all boxes are in good condition, if there's any damage to the box please open the box prior to signing and if you see any damage please notate this on the receipt and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process insurance claim.
If there's no damage to the box you have 48 hours to fully inspect the item. After 48 hours there are no damage exchanges available.
